Fund for Max: Max Boon Needs Our Help .
Dear (INA Member, ICP Member),
As all of Max Boon’s friends know by now, Max was grievously injured in the Marriott bombing on 17 July. He is now clinging to life in Singapore.
We all know Max to be a tremendous young man, a good friend and a stubborn fighter. If anyone can make it back, he can.
Nevertheless, even with the best possible outcome, Max will be permanently disabled and faces a long and difficult recovery and rehabilitation period. He will need all the support we can give him. The medical costs alone will far exceed his insurance coverage and then his long rehabilitation will begin.
We are appealing for your help to support Max and get him through this most difficult and tragic period.
Max Boon works for CastleAsia and is also an INA Member. CastleAsia and INA have therefore opened a fund at Standard Chartered Bank. Standard Chartered Bank has made the first contribution. Another anonymous contribution of $25,000 has already been pledged. INA will manage this fund and all proceeds will go to the treatment of Max’s medical, rehabilitation and living costs that are not covered by any insurance. His family fully supports this initiative.
We ask not only Max’s friends, but all those who share the outrage at the tremendous injustice that has befallen this fine young man to contribute as much as you possibly can to make his life and that of his family more bearable.
